I am author of the book “Alla Ricerca del Talento”, I am co-author of the aptitude test “Individual Strength Analysis”, of the organisational climate test “Team Strength Analysis” and creator of numerous Learning Maps.
Based on twenty years of managerial experience in 2012, I founded WayOut Consulting with the aim of innovating the People & Performance process through a Leadership based on the development of Talents and Strengths.
The principle is very simple, when people spend most of their time using their talents and strengths, carrying out the tasks and tasks they love most, then people and organisations achieve excellent levels of performance accompanied by levels of satisfaction and exciting motivation.
Leaders who focus on continually developing people's strengths, rather than correcting weaknesses, achieve increased engagement, individual responsibility, and decision-making autonomy, enabling maximum personal growth and maximum levels of productivity.
For years I have been provoking leaders and managers to use this win-win model and I am convinced that it will represent a new form of competitiveness in the business world.

After two managerial experiences of an international nature I returned from the USA to bring my knowledge to Italian companies, always ready to get involved, I decided to collaborate in an important consulting and training company in Human Resources.
I have been at Giorgio's side in my work since 2010, together we have decided to tackle new and ever higher and more ambitious challenges in helping companies and this has led me towards a new adventure: WayOut.
I put all my enthusiasm and my knowledge into training helping managers to excel in their performance, from organisation, to communication, to leadership, to personal improvement, deeply believing that only people can make a difference within companies.

The journey into the world of human resources has long been the focus of my work.
I like to search for talents, study profiles, deepen my knowledge with candidates, especially with those who know how to intrigue me with an original cover letter or with strong interpersonal skills.
My daily mission is to take the responsibility of inserting in client companies, people with the right skills but above all, with personal and relational skills that fit well into the business reality in which they will work. Look for the person who lives in perfect symbiosis with the environment in which he is inserted and who represents a valid contribution and an added value for the company.

I am passionate about human resources after following a course of study and practice as an organisational psychologist in Australia. In 2016 I decided to change my life and, from Brisbane, I moved to Florence in search of a new challenge and to return to my family roots. In Australia I worked as a psychologist in both the public and private sectors dealing with research and selection, training, organisational change, psycho-aptitude assessment, coaching and counseling for retired military, airforce and navy personnel.
When I arrived in Florence it took me a couple of years to study Italian to achieve a good understanding of the language and in the meantime I taught English in a private school. In 2018, while job searching, I found WayOut Consulting on my path and from the very first interview we seemed to be in perfect harmony. I started my WayOut journey as a Recruiter. My passion for technology and continuous innovation led me to revisit our websites, the management of our social networks and the Individual Strength Analysis Test.
In WayOut I apply my international point of view, the desire to learn and my curiosity in everything I do. WayOut has allowed me to use the knowledge I have gained in an innovative and creative way.
